Pauline Duong represents public and private employers in labor and employment matters, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage-and-hour, and PAGA cases. She advocates for employers in single-plaintiff lawsuits and class actions in litigation, private arbitration, and administrative tribunals.

Before joining the firm, Pauline was an associate attorney at a full-service firm, where she primarily practiced labor and employment litigation and counseled business owners on state and federal employment law and strategy. She also has experience in corporate law, advising tech companies on business and data privacy issues. During law school, Pauline was an Associate Editor of the UC Irvine Law Review and Notes Editor of the UC Irvine Journal of International, Transnational, and Comparative Law. She has prioritized public service throughout her legal career and had the honor of representing former child-slaves before the United States Supreme Court and helping to obtain the exoneration and release of two wrongfully convicted clients.

Pauline is admitted to practice before all California state courts.
