Brooke Arthur represents public and private employers in a broad array of labor and employment matters, from pre-litigation through trial. She advocates for employers in actions for harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour violations. Brooke also has experience working as an objective, outside investigator looking into internal workplace claims, and she provides counseling to employers on their handbooks and policies to ensure compliance with federal and state laws.

During law school, Brooke was a member of the San Diego Law Review, the recipient of the 2022 Virginia C. Nelson Graduation Award in Advanced Advocacy and was a Student Bar Association mentor to other law school students. Throughout her three years, Brooke worked in a variety of legal sectors, including domestic violence, corporate transactional law, criminal law, and ultimately landed in employment law.

Brooke is currently a member of the San Diego County Bar Association. She is admitted to practice before all California state courts.
