Brooke Arthur is a recent graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law, where she was a member of the San Diego Law Review. During law school, Brooke worked in a variety of legal sectors. She first volunteered for the Domestic Violence Clinic, then transitioned into a role with a corporate transactional firm. From there, Brooke pivoted into a position at the District Attorney’s Office, where she worked on cases involving domestic violence and abuse. After trying out transactional and criminal law, Brooke realized she wanted to pursue a career in civil litigation. She began working at the firm as an extern during her third year of law school and will join the firm as an associate after completing the California bar exam. Brooke assists the firm’s attorneys with their representation of public and private employers in a broad array of labor and employment matters, from pre-litigation through trial.
