- Obtained summary judgment in a case involving claims of age and disability discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination brought against a health care system.
- Successfully arbitrated claim for compensatory and punitive damages by a prominent area physician against medical group client, resulting in an extremely favorable award.
- Obtained summary judgment in federal court in a case alleging violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and the California Fair Employment and Housing Act, including claims of racial harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination brought against a national commercial services company.
- Obtained complete judgment for defense contractor in $10 million employment suit.
- Obtained summary judgment of all claims in case involving allegations of national origin discrimination, wrongful termination, and an allegedly unlawful “English Only” policy brought against a national telecommunications company.
- Obtained summary judgment of all claims based on the administrative exemption in misclassification action brought by a senior IT professional.
