Olga Bryan

Olga Bryan represents California employers in all areas of labor and employment litigation, including wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, misclassification, trade secret, and wage and hour litigation. Olga has defended employers in both single-plaintiff lawsuits and class actions in state court, federal court, arbitration, and administrative agencies. Olga also provides advice and counseling regarding best practices, compliance with federal and state law, and developments in employment law and legislation.

Prior to joining the firm, Olga worked for civil litigation firms in San Diego and Los Angeles, where she represented both plaintiffs and defendants in labor and employment law matters and other practice areas including business litigation, products liability, intellectual property, and professional negligence.

While in law school, Olga was an active member of the Women’s Law Association, Phi Alpha Delta, and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. She received first honors in intellectual property and graduated with honors in the intellectual property concentration program. Prior to law school, Olga volunteered with the Los Angeles County Victim Witness Assistance Program in the District Attorney’s office.

Olga is admitted to practice before all California state courts and the federal district courts in the Southern and Central Districts of California.
