Ghazal Seyyedi

Associate

Ghazal Seyyedi represents employers in all areas of labor and employment law, including claims involving harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes. She advocates on behalf of employers in both state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law after graduating summa cum laude from San Diego State University with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. During law school, she gained experience through judicial, government, and private practice positions. She dedicated significant time to pro bono service, earning High Distinction for her commitment to serving the community.

Born in Iran, Ghazal immigrated to the United States with her family when she was five years old. As a first-generation attorney and college graduate, she understands the value of hard work, perseverance, and the opportunities that education can provide. Growing up, she saw firsthand the opportunities this country could provide and developed a passion for helping others navigate difficult situations. She knew as early as the third grade that she wanted to become a lawyer because she wanted a career that would allow her to advocate for people and make a meaningful difference in their lives.

Outside of work, Ghazal loves to travel and enjoys learning about different cultures and perspectives through the places she visits. Having traveled to more than 25 countries, she believes every destination offers a chance to better understand the people and communities that make it unique. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, spending time with family and friends, and loves animals.
